Shipping Area

We currently ship physical orders within the United States only. If your shipping address is outside our supported area, you may be unable to complete your order, or we may contact you to cancel and refund it.

For digital or printable learning resources, delivery may be provided electronically by download link, email, or account access, where applicable. Digital items do not require physical shipping.

Carriers

We work with reliable shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order may depend on the package size, weight, destination, shipping method selected, and product type.

Order Processing Time

Physical orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Because we sell children’s educational and developmental products, including toys, sensory play items, puzzles, fine motor skill activities, craft products, bath and water toys, outdoor play items, soft toys, and curated learning products, some orders may require additional handling, inspection, or protective packaging before shipment.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, please allow extra time for processing.

Digital or printable resources, where available, are usually delivered electronically and are not shipped by carrier.

Packaging

We carefully package each physical order to help protect the products during transit. Packaging may include sturdy boxes, protective inserts, cushioning materials, sealed bags, or other suitable packaging depending on the item.

Children’s toys, multi-piece play sets, sensory products, puzzles, craft items, bath toys, boxed items, and gift-ready products may require special packaging to help prevent scratches, dents, missing parts, moisture exposure, or damage during delivery.

Any additional packaging or gift-related fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method. These delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Digital or printable resources are not subject to carrier delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination, package size, package weight, product type, and selected shipping service. Any applicable taxes or additional fees will be shown separately before payment.

Free standard shipping is available on physical orders that total $58.00 or more.

Please note that the order subtotal after discounts, promotions, or coupons are applied must still be $78.00 or higher to qualify for free shipping.

Orders containing only digital or printable resources may not require shipping fees. If your order includes both physical products and digital resources, shipping fees may apply to the physical products.

Additional fees may apply for gift packaging, special packaging, oversized items, heavy items, or expedited shipping. These charges will be disclosed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Digital or printable resources may be delivered by download link, email, or account access instead of a tracking number.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, suite, unit, or building numbers. We also recommend providing a valid phone number in case the carrier needs additional delivery information.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we may contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

Damaged or Lost Items

Although we take care in packaging each physical order, items may occasionally be damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and supporting photos.

We will review the situation and provide a solution according to our Refund & Return Policy. Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or other appropriate resolution.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss or damage may transfer to you once the package is handed to the carrier, subject to applicable law. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with shipping issues caused by carrier delays, lost packages, damaged parcels, weather disruptions, or other uncontrollable factors in accordance with our policies.

Some products may contain small parts or components that require adult supervision. Products should be used according to the age guidance and safety information shown on the product page or packaging.

Shipping packaging is designed for transit protection and should be removed before giving products to children.

Some learning resources, activity pages, printable materials, or digital products may be delivered electronically. These items are not physically shipped and do not require a carrier.
